Depending on the service that you are looking to complete, you will be required to provide acceptable documents. Currently, there are three categories of documents: Primary ID, Proof of Oklahoma Residency, and 100% Disabled Veteran. Acceptable documents for each are listed below.

You will need to provide proof of identity/lawful presence in the U.S. The document must be an original or a certified copy. Notarized documents are not accepted. Examples of proof of identity include:
Please note that any documentation not listed above, including Military Issued Identification Cards and Tribal Identification Cards, cannot be accepted as Primary Identification.
Each document must be an original or a certified copy. Notarized documents, in addition to Pending or Approval applications, are not accepted.
As proof of identification and proof of lawful presence in the United States for a foreign national or legal permanent resident alien, you must provide one of the following:

You will be asked to present your lawful presence documentation for each renewal or replacement service.

If your name is different from the document which is presented from above (due to adoption, marriage, divorce, court-ordered name change), or is not the same on all your documents, you must provide additional documents with legal proof of every name change. If immigration documents are presented, the customer must provide proof of the updated name change with USCIS or SAVE.

Social Security Number
For some services, you will be asked for your Social Security number. Your physical social security card is not required - it is only required that you know your number.
