Roofing Information for Consumers

To file a complaint regarding a roofing contractor, you must complete the Roofing Contractor Complaint Form below and return to us at the address on the bottom of the form.

If the complaint is regarding the payment of an insurance deductible, 59 O.S. §1151.30 states that filing a complaint with the roofing registrar is not required before seeking other relief or remedies allowed by law. However, you may still file a complaint regarding the payment of an insurance deductible with the CIB by mailing the complaint, along with all evidence, to 2401 NW 23rd St., Ste. 2F, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73107.

To report unregistered or unendorsed roofing contractor activity you may email information to the Construction Industries Board at roofingcomplaints@cib.ok.gov or call the CIB at (405) 521-6538 or (405) 521-6550. You will need to provide the address, location and description sufficient for investigation.
