Current projects and supplier needs

The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Information Technology Operations Command Center (ITOCC) is seeking suppliers for the following projects:

  • Creating an AI bot to generate passwords for new employees.
  • Building a customer-facing portal to receive public requests and integrate into existing ServiceNow system.
  • Developing ITOCC 2.0.

OMES Enterprise Systems is seeking suppliers for the following projects:

  • Begin legacy migrations to PeopleSoft for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, and the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
  • Solutions for enhancing efficiency.
  • Streamlining employee offboarding through integration of Workday and ServiceNow.

OMES Oklahoma Cyber Command is seeking suppliers for the following projects:

  • Updating or replacing existing security platforms to accommodate cloud migration.
  • Updating our email security platform to employ advanced user behavior analytics and AI technology for better detection accuracy.
  • Identifying security tools to ensure end user security when using generative AI/LLM-enabled products.
