Yes! A variety of snacks, along with coffee and water, will be available both days. For those who register to attend the State of Technology Luncheon on Aug. 5, a plated meal will be served during the presentation.
As a reverse tradeshow-style event, booth space at the expo is only offered to Oklahoma state agencies, organized by service area, and the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). Suppliers are currently not eligible to have a booth at the expo.
Yes, suppliers are encouraged to come prepared to talk about their services and share information and resources that may be beneficial to project leaders.
Yes. There will be a whole booth dedicated to government efficiency and technology, hosted by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, which oversees the state's IT network. Our workers at this booth are very knowledgeable about state technology needs, requirements and ongoing or upcoming projects.
