Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cover charge?

No charge! The state is hosting this free, come-and-go event so local businesses can learn more about the state procurement process and opportunities to partner with the state on projects and initiatives.

Will there be drinks/food available, or can I bring my own?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Water stations will be available throughout the venue, and there is a coffee shop on the first floor that will be open and available to sell drinks and food.

Who gets a booth at the expo?

The only booths at the event will be hosted by the state. There will be a Procurement Learning Center in the middle, framed by 15 cabinet area booths that represent all the different services the state provides. We hope to expand the expo in the future to inlcude booths for both the state and private companies.

Am I allowed to hand out flyers promoting my services/products?

You are more than welcome to come prepared to talk about your company’s services and share information that might be beneficial to project leaders.

Will there be people from the state's IT and Technology side?

Yes. There will be a whole booth dedicated to our Digital Transformation and Administration cabinet. Our workers at this booth are very knowledge on state technology needs and ongoing or upcoming projects.
