There is no charge to attend the State Suppliers Expo! The state is hosting this free, come-and-go event so local businesses can learn more about the state procurement process and opportunities to partner with the state on projects and initiatives. However, you may need to pay for parking, as free spots around the Oklahoma City Convention Center are scarce.

Yes! A variety of snacks, along with coffee and water, will be provided. There is also a coffee shop located on the first floor that attendees can purchase from.

Currently, the only booths at the event are hosted by the State of Oklahoma. There will be a Supplier Registration booth in the middle, framed by cabinet-level booths that represent all the different services the state provides.

Yes, you are more than welcome to come prepared to talk about your company’s services and share information that might be beneficial to project leaders.

Yes. There will be a whole booth dedicated to government efficiency and technology, formally the Operations and Government Efficiency cabinet, which oversees the state's IT network. Our workers at this booth are very knowledgeable on state technology needs and ongoing or upcoming projects.
