What's in store for 2025?

With a robust schedule that still allows time for meaningful connections, the State Suppliers Expo will again be a two-day event. View the full schedule.

Day 1, on Aug. 5, will focus on networking opportunities, where attendees can come and go through state-hosted booths and learn about current and upcoming projects across all service areas of government. Find the full list of booths below.

Day 2, on Aug. 6, will provide a full roster of educational breakout sessions. From guiding companies through the state's procurement processes and educating attendees on how to bid on projects, to showcasing industry-specific requirements and opportunities, the breakout sessions will dive deeper into the “how” of doing business with the state. Note: The ballroom booths will not be available on Day 2.

State procurement staff will be available at the Supplier Registration booth both days to answer questions and help businesses sign up to bid on projects.

In addition to our breakout sessions, we're bringing back the State of Technology Luncheon, happening Aug. 5 from 12:30-1:30 p.m., where technology and cybersecurity professionals are invited to attend a panel discussion led by State Chief Information Officer Dan Cronin.

NOTE: There is a $65 fee to attend the luncheon, and attendees must pre-register for this segment by indicating an IT or cybersecurity industry through the pre-registration form, open April 8-June 30.
