Registration

Supplier attendees can pre-register or register on-site to attend this event.

Get the most out of the State Suppliers Expo by pre-registering to attend. Pre-registering expedites check-in at the event, grants you access to sign up for exclusive event segments and lets you build your custom schedule so you won’t miss any of the action. Plus, you can download the event mobile app to stay informed on the go.

Pre-registration for the 2024 State Suppliers Expo is hosted by MeetMax, which equips you with an individual attendee account.

How to pre-register

  1. Select the pre-registration button to navigate to the event pre-registration form, hosted by MeetMax.
  2. Complete the requird fields in the pre-registration form and submit.
  3. Within your MeetMax profile, you can view your registration details, sign up for breakout sessions and view your custom schedule, which will populate with event segments as you register for them in available tabs. NOTE: Not all tabs will be immediately available for registration.

Tips

Be sure to express interest in any event segments you'd like to participate in, like the Oklahoma Business Matchup, the State of Construction Breakfast (only available to construction companies), the State of Technology Luncheon (only available to technology companies) or any breakout sessions.

Note:
Indicating interest in these segments on the pre-registration form does not automatically sign you up. You will receive separate communications to formally register for segments you qualify for and expressed interest in at a later date. Please send us an email if you have any questions about this process.

On-site registration

Companies unable to pre-register can still attend the 2024 State Suppliers Expo. However, you won't be able to curate your own schedule, access the event app or participate in exclusive event segments like the Oklahoma Business Matchup.
