Current projects and supplier needs

  • Digital Transformation – Agriculture lien filing system (Central Filing): The Secretary of State is looking to replace its current Central Filing software with a modern application that allows Effective Financing Statements (EFS) to be filed online and provides up-to-date information on farm product liens.
  • Colcord office modernization and improvements: The Oklahoma Secretary of State is made up of two physical locations. The office located at the Colcord Center serves as the central location for services to Oklahomans. The Secretary of State is always looking for ways to improve functionality, productivity, and customer service. An example of this would be the procurement of an electronic check-in system for customers to reduce the amount of time spent waiting in our lobby.
  • Printing and binding services: Expand pool of vendors providing printing, binding and other essential office supply services.
