Oklahoma Business Matchup

We are excited to announce the inaugural Oklahoma Business Matchup as a new event segment at the State Suppliers Expo.

The Oklahoma Business Matchup is designed to foster direct connections between business representatives and the State of Oklahoma by giving companies 15-minute prescheduled meetings with their choice of available state contacts.

This exclusive opportunity is available to the first 160 companies that pre-register for the State Suppliers Expo, allowing each company to have one representative participate in the Oklahoma Business Matchup.

Suppliers participating in the Oklahoma Business Matchup can book a 15-minute one-on-one meeting with a state contact from an available list. This is a valuable opportunity for companies to discuss their business services, explore potential partnerships and gain insights directly from state personnel.

1. Pre-register for the State Suppliers Expo: The Oklahoma Business Matchup segment is limited to the first 160 companies that pre-register. The earlier you pre-register, the better chance your company has of getting face time with a relevant state contact.
2. Indicate interest: On the event pre-registration form, select Yes on the question that asks if your company is interested in participating in the Oklahoma Business Matchup.
3. Confirmation: Indicating interest does not guarantee a spot. Eligible companies will receive a confirmation communication at a later date informing them the Oklahoma Business Matchup scheduling window is open and they are invited to participate.
4. Scheduling: If your company is eligible, your representative will have until Friday, Aug. 9, at 11:59 p.m. to schedule your one-on-one meeting. After this deadline, any remaining spots will be offered to companies on the waitlist.

The Oklahoma Business Matchup is strictly a conversational segment. No contract or bidding decisions can be made during the Oklahoma Business Matchup. We expect both state staff and supplier attendees to adhere to ethical standards and avoid potential conflicts of interest throughout all aspects of the State Suppliers Expo.
