Workforce Development agencies work closely with other state entities to emphasize Oklahoma’s workforce pipeline and economic development across the state.

The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC) has the following projects and supplier needs:

• Create a document management solution to replace multiple document repositories for customer and agent experiences that integrates into various agency systems.
• Develop a workflow management platform for business process automation and batch processing.
• Create a new scheduling and conferencing system that assigns work items and integrates with other agency systems.
• Produce videos to use as documentation and training for customer (external) and business (internal) processes.
• Develop a customer experience that includes in-person and online intake and queue processes, complete with data tracking, staff calendar integration and information sharing.
