Water and Wastewater Microloan Program
The Water and Wastewater Microloan Program (WWMLP) provides flexible, low-interest financing for eligible water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including planning, design and system improvements that support workforce housing and commercial development.
Funded through the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Investment Program Fund, the program offers loans of up to $500,000 at a 1% interest rate, with repayment terms of up to 15 years. The program does not require federal compliance or bond counsel, and the OWRB waived the administration fee, helping reduce costs for participating communities.
