Implemented in August 2022, Workday@OK is the State of Oklahoma’s unified Human Capital Management system, providing HR, payroll, benefits, talent, learning and more services to all state employees. Workday@OK not only provides a cloud-based solution to allow employees to access critical HR functions from anywhere, it has modernized the state’s HR technology landscape by serving as an efficient cross-functional platform and eliminating paper processes. It also offers real-time workforce data and insights, helping state leadership anticipate, adapt to and make data-driven decisions about workforce developments.

Accessing Workday@OK

State employees can access Workday@OK via a web browser or mobile device. Upon hire, employees are provided with credentials to log in and view their worker profile, which includes access to job information such as performance and compensation details, personal information and benefit elections.
