• Submit all requests for enhanced or new functionality via the HCM Statewide Consulting catalog item in ServiceNow.
• Respond to surveys and information requests promptly.
• Attend release sessions to review and provide feedback on new functionalities.

• Participate in focus groups and trial new functionalities as requested.
