To support the Workday@OK team's efforts in developing a cohesive and functional system, we have created the Workday@OK Governance Playbook. This playbook details the process for determining which functionalities are integrated into the Workday@OK platform. It also provides criteria for making these decisions, ensuring the achievement of harmonization, modernization and strategic use of workforce data within a unified platform.

Agency HR, payroll, or benefits partners play a key role in the governance process by actively participating in the Workday@OK User Group. They are responsible for reviewing communications, providing feedback, ensuring process alignment, and communicating updates to agency employees. Their involvement is vital for the continuous improvement of Workday@OK.
To ensure the system meets your agency’s needs, please follow these steps:
- Submit all requests for enhanced or new functionality via the HCM Statewide Consulting catalog item in ServiceNow.
- Respond to surveys and information requests promptly.
- Attend release sessions to review and provide feedback on new functionalities.
Participate in focus groups and trial new functionalities as requested.
