- For internal agency moves, the new supervisor may either complete the current evaluation or the agency may choose to close it and initiate a new one.
- In the case of an agency transfer, prior agencies have the option to close open reviews before the transfer date. Any performance reviews scheduled after the transfer date will be automatically canceled.
