The following statewide contracts are currently open for solicitations:

• SW0135: Advertising & Marketing.
• SW0750: Highway Guardrail.
• SW0766: Milk & Dairy Products.
• SW0615: Rock Salt.
• SW0685: Flashing LED Signs.

This process helps new vendors join statewide contracts, driving value for Oklahoma.

All effective Procurement Information Memorandums (PIMs) have been updated by the current state purchasing director. Any PIM not listed on the OMES Central Purchasing PIM page is immediately revoked.

Automatic PO approval when a requisition doesn’t change dollar, widget or quantity went live June 28. This automation eliminates the duplication of OMES approvals and increases procurement velocity. More efficiencies are coming soon to eliminate unnecessary administrative burden. 

This training event will cover the process of creating requisitions from start to finish. There will be a Q&A time for questions you may have.
