State Use Qualified Organizations
Section 3003(5) of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in reference to the State Use Committee, defines "qualified organization" to mean a blind person, qualified nonprofit agency for the severely handicapped or severely disabled person contracting to supply goods or services.

- People Incorporated of Sequoyah County
