Carbon Reduction Strategy

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) establishes the Carbon Reduction Program (CRP), which provides funds for projects designed to reduce transportation emissions, defined as carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from on-road highway sources. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) has developed a Carbon Reduction Strategy (CRS) to further improve air quality across the state by reducing CO2 emissions from the transportation sector.
