The Oklahoma Department of Transportation annually requests proposals based on approved ODOT research and implementation needs. Official submission of proposals must be made by the respective academic institution’s research office and must be accompanied by a signed letter from the same. The FFY27 request for proposal deadline is May 22, 2026. Posting of an RFP or submission of a research proposal does not guarantee project award. Final approval is subject to the availability of funds.
