Homeless Youth ID Program

The Homeless Youth ID Program is a partnership between the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth (OCCY) and Service Oklahoma to help youth experiencing homelessness obtain a state-issued identification card.

Access to identification can be a critical step for young people as they pursue education, employment, housing, health care, and other essential services.

About the Program

Through this partnership, eligible youth may be able to obtain a no-cost Oklahoma state ID by applying in person at a participating Service Oklahoma location, with support from community partners when needed.

OCCY’s role is to support coordination, awareness, and referral across systems serving youth experiencing homelessness.
