The purpose of the Home Services Division is to ensure and monitor compliance of minimum criteria for the issuance, maintenance and renewal of home care, companion sitter service, and hospice agency licenses. HSD staff perform on-site surveys, investigate complaints, conduct home visits to clients receiving services, and sanction agencies that fail to comply.
Oklahoma licensure of home care agencies is required by Oklahoma Statute Title 63, Section 1-1960 et seq. Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 310; Chapter 662
Oklahoma licensure of hospice agencies is required by Oklahoma Statute Title 63, Section 1-860, 1 et seq. Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 310: Chapter 661
