The following guides are prepared by the Oklahoma Ethics Commission to provide information for compliance with Ethics Rules and other relevant law for those parties reporting to the Ethics Commission. These guides are not a substitute for the law. If there is a conflict between these guides and the constitution, statutes or rules, then the constitution, statutes or rules prevail.
