Getting well, staying well and improving how you feel

Your mental health and physical health are important. In addition to Thrive, the state health plans offer wellness programs and activities, some with incentives for participation, which are focused on your health education and support.

BlueLincs

Well onTarget – Provides tools and resources to help you manage your health:

Health assessments to help you measure your health.

  • Digital self-management programs, lessons and challenges to help you reach your wellness goals.
  • With the Blue Points program, you can earn points by completing activities and reaching goals. These points can be redeemed online for rewards.
  • Track healthy habits, sync your fitness and nutrition devices with the Well onTarget portal or download the app.

Omada – Access health tools and support.

  • Weight loss.
  • High blood pressure.
  • Diabetes.
  • Cholesterol levels.
  • Health coach to help you make choices that can help improve health.
  • Depending on your plan, you may not incur any out-of-pocket costs.

Fitness Program – Choose a network of gyms offering tiered pricing that fits your budget and lifestyle.

  • Offers pay-as-you-go classes.
  • You can use the mobile app to find high-intensity or yoga workouts.
  • Can bundle family members under one account.

Women’s and Family Health – Maternity and family benefits solutions are provided by Ovia Health for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma.

Digital Mental Health – Learn to Live is an online resource with programs based on therapy techniques that help people feel better. It is confidential and can be accessed from anywhere. It is available at no cost to you and your family (ages 13 and older). Learn more details about the program in this video.

Wellness Guidelines – Provides a schedule of preventive screenings for males, females and adolescents that includes how often you should have them done and at what age.

Articles – Has a variety of health topics and tips that can help you take control of your well-being and live a healthier life.

CommunityCare

Health Risk Assessment by Wellsource.

  • Provides an idea of your overall physical, mental and emotional state.
  • Takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Health Shelf – free online wellness tools:

  • How-to guides.
  • Articles.
  • Healthy recipes.

Preventive Health Guidelines.

    • Nutrition and healthy eating.

HealthChoice

Ongoing Condition CARE Program
Offers guidance from a CARE nurse for those living with diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma or other serious health conditions. CARE professionals also help participants manage any symptoms of depression caused by these health conditions.

Maternity CARE Program
Offers one-on-one guidance from an OB/GYN nurse as supplemental support when your body changes and your baby grows, as well as other educational resources.

Wellness CARE Program
Designed to help members make healthier choices and build healthier habits by generating excitement and motivation through social connections such as challenges and lunch-and-learns where you learn more about fitness, nutrition and lifelong habits like sleep and managing stress. Complex Condition CARE Program
CARE nurse works with your providers, directly with your doctor and/or other health care representatives to help coordinate your care and help navigate the health care system, helping you feel confident about your health care decisions and understand your personal treatment plan and doctor’s instructions.

CARE Ques
This is a new initiative to provide reminders of taking action to improve personal health. It includes prompts to recommend preventive care, such as annual screenings, mammograms and cervical cancer screenings, and diabetes monitoring or heart health care.
