First Access

Attention! State Surplus has moved! We are now located at 304 S. Miller Place in Oklahoma City (the southernmost building at the Oklahoma Federal Surplus complex).  We look forward to serving you!

The State of Oklahoma is proud to offer First Access registration to Oklahoma nonprofits, school districts and governmental entities. A First Access account allows the opportunity to purchase State Surplus items before they are made available at auction to the general public.

Those who qualify for participation must first register as a GovDeals buyer and then request to join First Access. In order to become a member and purchase surplus items, a user must first demonstrate their organization qualifies as a governmental entity, school district or nonprofit entity as defined by 74 O.S. § 62.3-C.

NOTE: Most items will be available on First Access between four to eight weeks with the exception of vehicles, which will be available for about two weeks.
