First Access

The State of Oklahoma is proud to offer First Access registration to Oklahoma nonprofits, school districts and governmental entities. A First Access account allows the opportunity to purchase State Surplus items before they are made available at auction to the general public.

Those who qualify for participation must first register as a GovDeals buyer and then request to join First Access. In order to become a member and purchase surplus items, a user must first demonstrate their organization qualifies as a governmental entity, school district or nonprofit entity as defined by 74 O.S. § 62.3-C.

NOTE: If there are specific items that your organization is looking for, please contact us at FirstAccess@omes.ok.gov with any needed items and we will add them to our Wishlist.

If you see an item listed on GovDeals.com/SurplusOk you need for your agency, that has more than 24 hours left in the auction (48 hours for vehicles/heavy equipment), call us for a quote. Upon approval of the quote, we can remove the item from the auction for your agency to purchase.
