Jobless Rates Down Over the Year for Most Oklahoma Counties in February

In February, Pushmataha County posted Oklahoma’s highest county unemployment rate of 5.7 percent. Love County reported the second-highest rate for the month. Texas County reported the lowest county unemployment rate of 2.1 percent in February. Unemployment rates in February were lower than a year earlier in 48 counties, higher in 21 counties, and unchanged in 8 counties.
