If the federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program is not reauthorized by Congress by January 1, 2026, the Oklahoma State Workforce Agency will continue to accept WOTC applications submitted in accordance with federal timelines. Applications received during a lapse in authorization will be retained in our system; however, eligibility determinations and certifications cannot be issued until the program is reauthorized. Employers should continue to complete required WOTC forms at the time of hire and submit applications within 28 days of the employee’s start date.

Funding details for award totals for program year 2025 (PY25) are provided as follows and revised annually.  Unless otherwise stipulated, all statements, news releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, visual presentations, and other applicable documents and programs are fully funded by federal sources.

  • The Employment Services/Wagner-Peyser Program is 100% supported by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $6,958,574.00.
  • The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program is 100% supported by the U. S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $6,680,103.00.
  • The WIOA Dislocated Worker Program is 100% supported by the U. S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $5,021,271.00.
  • The WIOA Youth Program is 100% supported by the U. S. Department of Labor through a Fiscal Year 2025 award totaling $7,230,619.00.
  • The Workforce Information Program is 100% supported by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $469,461.00.
  • The Unemployment Insurance Program is 100% supported by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $22,440,193.00.
  • The Labor Market Information Program is 100% supported by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $565,354.06.
  • The 2025 DUA OK-FEMA 4791 Program is 100% supported by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $54,441.24.
  • The Unemployment Insurance-Trade Readjustment Allowance Program is 100% supported by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $16,500.00.
  • The Jobs for Veterans State Grant Program is 100% supported by the U. S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $2,042,880.00 with $0 (0%) in state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
  • The Unemployment Insurance-Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) Program is supported 100% by the U. S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $3,648,460.00.
  • The Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program is supported 100% by the U.S. Department of Labor with an award totaling $296,509.00.
