County Unemployment Rates
February 2025: Jobless rates in were lower than a year earlier in 48 counties, higher in 21 counties, and unchanged in 8 counties.

Job Openings vs. Unemployment
February 2025: Oklahoma's number of job openings and the number of unemployed persons little changed over the month.
Job openings rates decreased in 4 states, increased in 1 state, and were little changed in 45 states, including Oklahoma and the District of Columbia in February.
Oklahoma’s job openings rate increased 0.7 percentage point to 5.3 percent in February. Over the month, the national job openings rate decreased 0.2 percentage point to 4.5 percent.
Job openings data was gathered from the Bureau of Labor Statistics Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) and unemployment data from Local Area Unemployment Statistics (LAUS).
