Join the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission team to be an essential part of supporting the State of Oklahoma’s economic and workforce prosperity! Our positions range from customer service roles in local offices and the call center, to case managers, statistics specialist, tax enforcement officers, and trainers.

Training and Development

There are many opportunities to build and diversify your skillset while working at OESC. Each employee will receive individualized training for their unique position, as well as agency or department wide training hosted by our own Training & Staff Development team. All employees have access to various in-person and virtual courses offered through OMES' Statewide Learning Services, as well as a covered subscription to LinkedIn Learning's massive library of skill-building courses and training.
