Monday, February 02, 2026

OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC) announced today that the Oklahoma Works American Job Centers in Muskogee and Guymon have relocated to new locations designed to improve access, visibility, and foot traffic for jobseekers and employers.

The Muskogee Oklahoma Works American Job Center has relocated to a new space inside Northeastern State University–Muskogee, located at 2404 W. Shawnee Street, Muskogee, OK 74401. The move places workforce services directly within an educational environment, strengthening connections between students, jobseekers, and local employers. That center will open February 3 at 8am.

The Guymon Oklahoma Works American Job Center has relocated to 219 NW 4th Street, Guymon, OK 73942, a more centrally located and accessible site designed to better serve the community and increase engagement with workforce services in the region. That center is now open and serving customers.

“OESC’s workforce transformation efforts are tackling long-standing challenges like duplicated services, fragmented data, and inconsistent navigation,” said Cody Cox, Vice President of Field Operations for OESC. “By better aligning workforce and education partners, we’re delivering stronger results for job seekers and employers in communities like Guymon and Muskogee.”

The relocations are part of OESC’s ongoing effort to modernize workforce service delivery and ensure Oklahoma Works centers are positioned for maximum impact. The new locations are expected to increase walk-in traffic, strengthen partnerships, and improve service to both jobseekers and employers.
