Individual Assistance
The Individual Assistance mission concentrates on the welfare of people and animals affected by disasters. There are several programs within this Division. They include Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) and Donations Management.
Public Assistance
Public Assistance programs are designed to support state and local authorities and certain nonprofits for the repair, restoration, reconstruction, or replacement of a public facility or infrastructure that was damaged or destroyed by an emergency or disaster.
Mitigation
The mitigation program is available to local communities across the State of Oklahoma to assist them with identifying and implementing long-term hazard mitigation measures before, during and after a major disaster declaration.
