  • Construction of two new Oklahoma Highway Patrol headquarters, one in Clinton for Troop H and one in Tulsa for Troop B.
  • New Oklahoma Highway Patrol utility uniform.
  • OSBI fleet: crime scene agent trucks, agent units.
  • Digital evidence storage: audio/video recordings, FARO projects.
  • Building maintenance and upgrades.
  • Clean Slate: This will create a state-initiated criminal history expungement process.
  • New Computerized Criminal History system.
