Current projects and supplier needs

  • Building needs and maintenance: Renovation of offices to meet current space needs; repair and maintenance of existing buildings; furniture; cleaning services and landscaping.
  • Event planning: Support for events as varied as simple board meetings to national conferences and conventions including catering services, venues, photographers, tech support and video production.
  • Enhanced communication/technology: App technology, for easy access to agency information; website development; open meeting software; online training applications, print and digital marketing; and public relations options.
  • Printing services: Additional vendors needed to provide options for printing, binding and other additional office needs.
  • Update agency database that has a public-facing interface (this project is in process; Thentia is the supplier).
  • Agency website modernization upgrades (this project is in process; OMES is the supplier).
