  • Modernize HCM practices and empower agency leadership with employee insights and analytics.
  • Automation efforts including expansion of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and bots: As the state continues on our digitaltransformation journey, we will be looking at ways to expand our use of automation tools throughout common processes. By using bots toautomate repetitive tasks, we will be able to focus on more complex work, thereby boosting business efficiency.
  • Process discovery: Process discovery is at the center of our RPA initiative. By analyzing these actions, we can understand the best processesthat could benefit from automation to achieve a fast ROI. Business process optimization will continue to be a priority as we look to implementinnovative technology in this space.
  • Task mining: In conjunction with these efforts, task mining has enabled us to have comprehensive visibility into business processes. By seeing data, systems and connections at each step, we can focus on rapidly implementing improvements for our citizens.

SERVICE OKLAHOMA

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Currently working an RPA project to automate daily tasks surrounding online product submissions and in-person services to increase productivity and decrease turnaround times.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR): Working to enhance our already robust imaging capability by introducing OCR at key points in records processing to increase efficiency and speed.
  • Legacy Data Conversion: Engaged in project to digitize and store legacy motor vehicle data previously stored on microfiche and microfilm.
