Child Support Services

Child Support Services (CSS) works to bring children the full advantage of parental support and involvement by helping families determine paternity, establish orders for financial and medical child support, and facilitate regular and reliable payments. 

We help improve the economic stability of Oklahoma families by increasing the number of children receiving child support, improving children’s access to Medicaid health insurance, connecting parents to organizations to help them achieve and maintain financial stability, and connecting families to additional services including Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and food benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
