This year’s conference is scheduled to take place from December 1-3, 2026 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center, located at 100 Mick Cornett Drive, OKC, OK 73109.  

Paid parking is available in the Scissortail Lot south of the Convention Center at $2/hour or $10/day.  

Paid street parking is also available around the Convention Center and Scissortail Park area. 

The Convention Center Parking Garage, which connects to the Northeast corner of the venue’s second floor, is open to the public at $2/hour or $10/day.

From the Scissortail Lot or Street: Use the first-floor entrance doors on the west side of the building. 

From the Garage: Go to the third floor of the garage and cross the skybridge to the Conference Center’s second floor. 

Attendees who pre-registered just need to pick up their name badge. Event check-in will be open from: 

• 7:30am – 4:00pm on Day 1 (Tue 12/01)  
• 8:00am – 4:00pm on Day 2 (Wed 12/02) 
• 8:15am –1 2:00pm on Day 3 (Thu 12/03) 

Onsite registration will be available throughout the day.  

Flying In?

Will Rogers International Airport is the best way to fly into Oklahoma City, and all major airlines use this airport. Will Rogers, located at 7100 Terminal Drive, OKC, OK 73159, is 9.8 miles away from the Oklahoma City Convention Center.  

Staying Overnight?

There are numerous hotels surrounding the Convention Center, including:
