Behavioral Health Advisory Council (BHAC)
The Behavioral Health Advisory Council (BHAC) brings together consumers, providers, advocates and state agencies to discuss policy and systems issues, educate and share viewpoints, gain insight into other agencies’ policies, and make policy and system recommendations to the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to enable them to better serve consumer needs on a continuing basis.
