The STEOW brings together community leaders, prevention professionals, and stakeholders to analyze statewide data and guide strategies for substance misuse prevention and grant reporting. Learn more about the STEOW, how you can be involved, and available data resources.

The OPNA Survey is a biennial survey for students in 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th grades provided at no costs to schools. The survey is designed to measure psychological distress and health behaviors, including substance use, as well as their underlying causes. Learn more about the OPNA Survey and view survey results.

In accordance with Oklahoma law, the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) commission aids ODMHSAS in enforcing the Synar provisions. The goal of Synar is to reduce and maintain Oklahoma’s number of successful illegal tobacco purchases by minors to less than 20% of attempted buys.
