Exhibitor Booth Rentals:

  • $450 - Exhibitor Single Booth Rental
    • (1) 6-foot draped table
    • (2) Chairs
       
  • $900 - Exhibitor Double Booth Rental
    • (2) 6-foot draped tables
    • (4) Chairs

Add-ons:

  • $100 - Additional Table Can be added to a single booth rental only. (see graphic for set up)

  • $100 - Electrical Hook Up - Power cord with multiple outlets placed next to the booth. Can be added to a single or double booth rental.

STEP ONE: COMPLETE EXHIBITOR APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FORM

Select which booth rental package you will be applying for.
Select how you will submit your payment.
Applications will be available until November 15th, 2026. 

 

STEP TWO: ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN REVIEWED, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL REGARDING NEXT STEPS.

*We will begin accepting payments August 3rd, 2026. Booth rental fees do not include conference registration. Each item is sold separately.
