Internships and Trainings
In partnership with OSU, the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship Program was developed for psychiatrists who have completed an accredited residency training program in psychiatry and wish to obtain specialty training in forensic psychiatry. Fellows receive a broad exposure to forensic psychiatry through clinical rotations, a rich didactic experience and supervision by senior faculty.
OFC will be launching this Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship Program during the summer of 2022. Stay tuned for additional updates and information.
OFC also hosts a Forensic Psychology Internship. Interns are given ample opportunity for generalist types of assessment, including testing for personality, psychopathology, cognitive functioning (including neuropsychological screening), malingering, etc. Due to the diversity and quantity of assessment and treatment opportunities available at OFC, interns are able to develop and hone a broad skillset during their pre-doctoral internship year.
