Licensing Window Information: Please be advised that our licensing windows are now located on the first floor. The hours of operation are as follows: Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We accept payments via check, money order, and most major credit cards. We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

Every year, over 5,000 workers in America go to work, but never return home. 🕯️ The Oklahoma Workers’ Memorial Day is a solemn remembrance of the lives lost, but it is also a time for all of us to recommit to ensuring that no worker should have to die to earn a living. On April 28th at 10am, a Workers' Memorial Day vigil will be held in the 2nd floor rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol to honor those lives lost between January 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025.
