Records Request
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services complies with the Oklahoma Open Records Act found at Title 51 O.S. §§24A.1 et seq. OMES records are available for public inspection and copying, except for records which are designated as confidential under state or federal law.
To Submit a Request
Non-state employees:
To submit an open records request you MUST register. Registration Instructions.
If you are registered, log in and submit your request using the Public Request Portal.
State employees:
If you are a state employee requesting records on behalf of your agency, please submit your request using the State Agency Request Portal.
