SW1025/SW1050 Service Request
Agencies sourcing IT staffing (SW1025) or deliverable-based IT services (SW1050) should obtain a minimum of three competitive quotes under the advisement of the State Purchasing Director. Quotes should be retained on file by the procuring agency.
IT Staffing and DBITS agency release instructions
Once a candidate for SW1025 has been selected or a project Statement of Work (SOW) for SW1050 has been finalized, the IT Staff Augmentation Services request form is required to initiate background checks (if applicable) and facilitate the execution of the agreement for SW1025 or SOW for SW1050. The agreement must be reviewed by legal and signed by the CIO and any other required parties.
All documents provided by the supplier and/or created by the agency must be attached to this request to be fulfilled.
Upon completion, a fully executed agreement will be returned to the agency for processing a purchase order.
Releases made off these contracts can have an initial 1-year term with two 1-year options to renew.
