ODOL Licensing Experiencing Processing Delays Due to OMES System Transition
The Oklahoma Department of Labor (ODOL) Licensing Division is currently experiencing processing delays as a result of ongoing network and system performance issues associated with the Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services' (OMES) transition to cloud-based services.
OMES has been actively working with ODOL to identify and resolve these issues. The delays are the result of technical challenges beyond the control of both the Licensing Division and the affected licensees.
ODOL wants to reassure all affected licensees that the Department does not take enforcement action against licensees whose licenses expire while a timely submitted renewal application is pending review and processing.
