Registration is now open for the 2026 Oklahoma Safety Council Conference & Expo, the state’s largest safety and health conference, taking place April 20–22, 2026, at the brand-new OKANA Resort & Conference Center in Oklahoma City.
This destination conference brings together employers, safety professionals, industry leaders, and decision-makers from across Oklahoma and beyond for three days of education, connection, and collaboration focused on advancing workplace safety and health.

New Venue, New Experience
The 2026 conference will be hosted at OKANA Resort & Conference Center, Oklahoma’s newest premier conference destination. The new venue allows for an enhanced attendee experience and is expected to draw an even broader audience, including additional out-of-state participants and organizational leaders.
Important Dates at a Glance
April 20: Pre-conference sessions, golf, and exhibitor move-in
April 21: Expo Day featuring multiple dedicated exhibit hall hours, followed by exhibitor move-out
April 22: Conference sessions and networking continue (no exhibits)
Exhibitor Space Is Limited
Due to the new venue layout, exhibitor space is more limited this year, with 54 exhibitor booths available. While overall attendee capacity remains strong, exhibitors are encouraged to register early. Early bird pricing ends March 2, but booth space may sell out before that date.
