Licensing Window Information: Please be advised that our licensing windows are now located on the first floor. The hours of operation are as follows: Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We accept payments via check, money order, and most major credit cards. We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

***NOTICE***

Pursuant to OAC 380:75-3-2(b)(2)(A), all applications for temporary trainee licenses must be accompanied by a current criminal history record check dated within thirty (30) days of application from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. If the applicant has resided in any other state within the past ten (10) years, a current (within thirty days of application) criminal history record check from each state of previous residence will be required. In addition, the applicant shall submit two (2) classifiable sets of fingerprints.  This is a reminder to applicants.  The law has not changed regarding these requirements.  Any applications received by ODOL on or after June 14, 2021 must meet these requirements.
