Online Licensing

Report suspected liquor law violations — submit your complaint to the Oklahoma ABLE Commission today.

The Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement (ABLE) Commission is committed to ensuring that all businesses and other ABLE licensees comply with state liquor laws. If you believe a business or licensee is violating these laws, you can help us protect public safety and uphold fair business practices by submitting a complaint through our official online form.

All submitted complaints will be reviewed by the ABLE Commission to determine whether an investigation is warranted. Please provide as much detail as possible to assist our enforcement efforts.

Formal Complaint against ABLE Employee

The Oklahoma Able Commission takes seriously all complaints regarding the service provided by the agency and the conduct of its employees. ABLE will accept and address all complaints against ABLE agency members. Citizens have a right to file a complaint about abuses of police power or other misconduct by ABLE employees. Our employees also have a right to be protected against false allegations. This formal complaint procedure was established to ensure both parties are guaranteed equal rights and are offered impartial investigations.

If you have a complaint against an ABLE employee (not a licensee):

The Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control has launched a new application that allows retail cashiers to verify authenticity of IDs through their cellphone to help check ID’s for Alcohol and/or Tobacco Purchases.
