Appointment Letters
Required if appointing a Non-Resident Seller Licensee as a Representative/Broker in this state. The letter must include name of appointed licensee and license #, an effective date, and a list of brands being supplied. If you terminate an appointment, you must submit a termination letter with an effective date.
Distributor Designation Letter
Required if supplier is designating a distributor. If not designating a distributor, no letter is required but you must offer all products to all active licensed distributors. This letter must include name of the appointed distributor and license #, an effective date, and a list of brands being distributed.
