Brand Registration Reports

All manufacturers, except brewers, must submit a monthly price posting report for all non-designated products. This report does not apply to a manufacturer that has designated a wine and spirits wholesaler to sell its product in the state or to a brewer who has appointed a beer distributor as a designated wholesaler.

This report is due on the 15th of each month to be effective the first day of the following month. If the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, the report is due the next business day. No change or modification of the posted price shall be permitted except upon written permission from the ABLE Commission based on good cause shown. This is a list of individual brands of alcoholic beverages normally supplied by the manufacturer(s) that, for whatever reason, lack sufficient supply to fully satisfy the demand of Oklahoma retail and/or on premises/market. Upon the manufacturer notifying the wholesalers of the product short supply, the wholesaler shall notify the ABLE Commission by the 15th of each month. Please email to tradepractices@able.ok.gov and catherine.otey@able.ok.gov

A Direct Shipper Permit allows a winery to ship up to six nine-liter cases of wine annually directly to an Oklahoma resident who is twenty-one or older for resident’s personal use and not for resale. Each licensee shall submit a report quarterly for each wine shipment into the state. This report is due the 20th day of the month following the end of each quarter. Every express company, common carrier or contract carrier and every form or Corporation that shall bring, carry, or transport wine for delivery to any person in the state, except wine or spirts wholesaler or beer distributors, shall prepare and file quarterly with the ABLE Commission a report of all known wine shipments.
