Licensing and Application
The Licensing Department processes new, renewal, and change applications for all entities required to obtain a license in accordance with Oklahoma State Statutes; ensuring that the licenses are issued in a timely fashion; and establishing and maintaining the paper and computerized master files.
For convenience the department is divided into two (2) sections:
Licensing of individuals, businesses, and organizations
Payment, Finance or Refund Concerns

Please note: the ABLE Commission no longer accepts applications via the mail. All licenses will be emailed. After your account is registered, please email or call 405-521-3484 so ABLE staff can link your current license to your new online account.
