Charter Schools

The Statewide Charter School Board authorizes five of the state's 26 brick-and-mortar charter schools, and the other 21 schools are authorized by a traditional school district, an institution of higher learning, or a tribe. These charter schools are full-time public education options delivering instruction through an in-person, brick-and-mortar setting.
