Charter Schools

The Statewide Charter School Board authorizes six of the state's 29 brick-and-mortar charter schools. All other brick-and-mortar charter schools are authorized by either a traditional school district, an institution of higher learning, or a tribe. These charter schools are full-time public education options delivering instruction through an in-person, brick-and-mortar setting. Parents should carefully consider their full-time education options for their child and examine the programs offered by the schools listed and linked below before making an informed decision for their child.
