Open Records Request
Open Records Act requests submitted to the Statewide Charter School Board are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Open Records Act and accompanying Statewide Charter School Board rule at 777: 1-1-6. To make an open records request or to inquire about an existing open records request, email Shelly Hickman, Communications Director, at shelly.hickman@scsb.ok.gov. Open records requests should clearly delineate the information being requested. Note that the SCSB does not maintain student level data and it cannot fill open records requests for documents maintained by other state agencies or documents that do not exist. Requests may be subject to fees for the costs of record searches and copies in accordance with a pre-established fee schedule.
