Public Comment Period for Administrative Rules Now Open
The public comment period for permanent rules for the Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board is now open. The rules were published in the December 16, 2024, issue of the Oklahoma Register (Volume 42, Issue 7) .
A public hearing on the rules will be held on Jan. 21 at 1 pm at the Oklahoma History Center, Chesapeake Room, 800 Nazih Zuhdi Dr., Oklahoma City, OK 73105, to provide an opportunity for persons to orally present their views related to the proposed permanent rules. Each person will be allowed a maximum of five (5) minutes to speak and must sign in at the door by 1:15 p.m. Agency staff will be present to hear all comments, which also will be recorded.
When the public comment period closes, submitted feedback may inform changes to the rules.
